Job Description
A detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and oversee stock levels, ensuring efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of materials. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about construction materials and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock movement, purchases, and deliveries.
- Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely restocking.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
Requirements
- A University degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is an advantage.
- Candidates must be 30 years or younger.
