Location: Oniru, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 monthly

E’Sorae is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory operations, manage stock levels, and drive process improvements. Join our team and contribute to a well-organized and efficient supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management & Stock Control
    • Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock movement records and reconciliations.
    • Maintain a monthly inventory accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
    • Conduct regular audits and address discrepancies promptly.
  2. Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock variances and inventory trends.
    • Identify fast and slow-moving items and recommend stock control measures.
    • Ensure on-time submission of reports with actionable insights.
  3. Warehouse Organization & Safety
    • Maintain organized and safe warehouse spaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Minimize stock damage or loss and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  4. Team Leadership & Coordination
    • Lead and train the inventory team on best practices and system usage.
    • Collaborate with logistics, production, sales, and customer service teams to align inventory with business needs.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in inventory management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Key Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and time management.
