A growing fintech company based in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a skilled IT Admin/Tech Support professional to support day-to-day IT operations, ensure systems run smoothly, and provide tech support to staff.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for staff in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are in place.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up their tech equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration roles.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, networking, and office IT tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
