Job Description

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Industry: Fintech

A growing fintech company based in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a skilled IT Admin/Tech Support professional to support day-to-day IT operations, ensure systems run smoothly, and provide tech support to staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for staff in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are in place.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up their tech equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration roles.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, networking, and office IT tools.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
