Job Summary:
A reputable organization in the Oil and Gas sector, is seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage and support their IT infrastructure and ensure the security of company data. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT operations and a solid understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the organization’s IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Implement and manage Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in line with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage data backup systems and ensure disaster recovery protocols are in place and up to date.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and efficient operation of all IT equipment and systems.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in IT operations, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Solid knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with IT infrastructure management.
- Good understanding of network systems, servers, and IT security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
