Aspom Travels and Tours is seeking a skilled IT Officer to join its team in Lagos Island. The role requires a result-oriented and innovative professional with strong IT expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and update IT systems, applications, and databases to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and monitoring of IT infrastructure.
- Support staff with IT tools and applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND in a relevant field.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, MS Office applications, and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be resident on Lagos Island or willing to relocate.
