Location: Lekki, Lagos (Onsite)
A reputable organization in Lekki is seeking a competent IT Officer to support and manage its IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and ERP systems. This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems, providing user support, and maintaining stable connectivity and system security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 tools including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Assist with user support, access control, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Manage internet services, ensuring consistent connectivity and liaising with service providers.
- Provide first-level hardware and software troubleshooting, including laptop repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and system documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or system administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and technical support.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their relevance to business processes.
- Strong diagnostic, networking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask independently.
