Job Description

Scalian, a leading French engineering consulting group with a global presence, is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to drive the growth and optimization of its subscription services platform. This role offers the chance to work on innovative digital services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence product strategy in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle of subscription services, from ideation to delivery.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for subscription packages and connected services.
  • Translate strategic goals into product backlog, user stories, and development priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and regional teams to launch and optimize subscription services.
  • Support features such as trial management, upgrades, renewals, and retention offers.
  • Monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, ARPU, and churn to inform product decisions.
  • Advocate for a modular API-first platform architecture for scalable service deployment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with platform products or SaaS subscription models.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, service bundling, and digital service strategies.
  • Experience in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, entitlement systems, or subscription management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora).
  • Background in software platforms, digital services, or connected ecosystems; experience in automotive software or connected vehicle services is a plus.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
  • Languages: Fluent Italian and English (oral and written).
