A leading IT company is seeking an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, understand client requirements, and deliver IT solutions that meet business objectives. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding existing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and meet revenue targets for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and quotes, and participate in client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical staff, to ensure smooth delivery and resolution of client issues.
  • Attend industry events and tech shows to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a First Degree in any related field.
  • At least 4 years of active sales experience in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment is an advantage.
  • Strong market, product, customer, and competitor knowledge.
  • Key skills: negotiation, prospecting, relationship management, active listening, effective communication, presentation, and leadership.
