Job Description

An IT Sales and Business Development professional is required to drive structured, target-driven growth through disciplined go-to-market execution, SMB customer acquisition, and partner support. This role suits a hands-on sales professional who thrives on clear targets, measurable outcomes, and long-cycle B2B sales within the SMB segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cluster-based go-to-market activities aligned with defined sales targets
  • Identify, engage, and convert SMB prospects into paying customers
  • Book and coordinate customer audits as part of the sales process
  • Follow up on audit outcomes and progress qualified leads through to closure
  • Support partner identification, onboarding, and relationship management
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline records using CRM and internal tools
  • Operate strictly within approved SOPs, workflows, and reporting cadence
  • Provide clear weekly reports on progress, results, and blockers

Job Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT sales or B2B technology sales
  • Strong understanding of long-cycle B2B sales within the SMB segment
  • Ability to own outcomes and deliver results beyond initial conversations
  • Comfort with structured execution, performance tracking, and clear KPIs
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and closing skills

Compensation

  • Base salary: ₦300,000 per month
  • Commission and performance-based incentives
