Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
- Ensure data backup and system security protocols are followed.
