Simba Group of Companies is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot system errors, diagnose technical problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in IT infrastructure management, including server maintenance and data backups.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 – 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
