Role: IT Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos and Abuja

We are a consulting firm with business verticals in Information-Communication technology and Geospatial solutions. We are seeking 3 smart and experienced “IT Support Officers” to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
– Design and support network systems and infrastructure.
– Install, configure, maintain, implement and troubleshoot networks.
– Monitor Network performances and make recommendations based on performance 
analysis.
– Provide technical support to end-users.
– Implement and enforce security protocols of IT systems.
– Implement IT policies, procedures and standards to ensure compliance and 
security.
– Plan and execute IT projects including installations, migrations and upgrades.
– Prepare regular and accurate reports on IT operations for management review.
– Represent the company at technology conferences, workshops, and networking 
events to build relationships and promote the company’s mission.

Qualifications & Experience
– BSc, B.Tech, HND OND in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or 
related field
– Preferably Male for Gender balance
– Fluent in Hausa for Abuja Office.
– A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in networking and IT support
– Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) configuration, security 
principles and best practices
– Strong knowledge of Cyber security
– Familiarity with network management tools
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Effective communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict project timelines
– Attention to details and accuracy in work
