Job Description

Compovine Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to handle technical operations, maintain computer systems, and ensure smooth network performance. The role requires a proactive professional with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair hardware, software, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage networks, servers, and security systems to ensure data protection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficient solutions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and regular IT checks.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, fixes, and IT-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 10 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure, software systems, and security solutions.
