IT Support Specialist
Job Description
Location: Nigeria
An opportunity is available for an experienced IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence. This role involves administration, maintenance, and optimization of these tools, ensuring seamless operations and performance enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage JIRA and Confluence, including custom project configurations, workflows, security schemes, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform JIRA/Confluence upgrades, coordinate maintenance schedules, and optimize system performance.
- Install, manage, and configure JIRA add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
- Ensure seamless integration of JIRA with other tools, including XML configuration modifications.
- Conduct requirements gathering and process improvements to enhance workflow automation and system usability.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in JIRA administration and proficiency in the Atlassian tool suite.
- Experience handling JIRA/Confluence upgrades and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with XML configurations related to JIRA/Rally integrations.
- Ability to analyze and improve business process workflows in JIRA/Confluence.
