Job Overview:
Dangote Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Officer to oversee the facility maintenance operations in Obajana, Kogi. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly within facility management or a related industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to facility maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of facility projects.
- Monitor and maintain records for all facility maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets for facility maintenance, ensuring costs are controlled and within budget.
Requirements:
- A BSc or HND in Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or Architecture.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in facility management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with facility management software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in facility management is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
