Job Description

A reputable fintech company, PayInvert, is looking to hire a Junior DevOps Engineer to assist in maintaining and improving the cloud infrastructure that supports their payment gateway and transaction systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automation, cloud technologies, and secure system operations in high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and management of scalable AWS infrastructure for fintech applications
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
  • Assist with infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and logs using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
  • Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Help troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues in production

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or related roles
  • Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Experience or exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of deployment automation and CI/CD processes
  • Familiarity with scripting (Bash or Python)
  • A strong interest in fintech and infrastructure operations
