Job Description

 

A fast-growing construction SaaS startup is looking for a Junior Operations Administrator to support day-to-day operations. The role is ideal for individuals seeking to build experience in the construction tech space while providing essential administrative and operational support. This position is fully remote, operating from 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data quality checks to maintain accuracy across operational systems.
  • Provide scheduling support and coordinate with consultants and internal teams.
  • Assist with invoicing reconciliation, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support contractor onboarding by collecting documentation and updating records.
  • Manage general administrative tasks including meeting coordination and correspondence.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
  • Ability to follow established processes and complete tasks accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
