CredPal Limited is hiring a Junior Product Manager to support the development and growth of innovative products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and objectives to stakeholders
  • Prepare and review Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
  • Lead product development processes from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute features
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights
  • Translate user feedback and data insights into actionable product improvements
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Track key performance metrics to measure product success and guide iteration
  • Manage product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in product management or a related role
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
