Location: Remote (Lagos) – First 1 month will be on-site in Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000
Qualification: HND, BSc
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Job Overview
A reputable Forex brokerage firm is seeking ambitious Junior Sales Agents (Telesales) to join her dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive customer engagement, educating clients on our services, and converting leads into active traders. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and the financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and introduce our Forex trading services.
- Educate prospects on trading benefits, account setup, and our brokerage offerings.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent engagement and closing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Must own a functional laptop and an internet modem (Phone hotspot is not allowed).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Forex trading is an added advantage.
