About the Role:
Lifebank, a health-tech company revolutionizing healthcare logistics, is seeking a motivated Key Account Agent to join our team in Kano. This role is critical to expanding our network, driving sales growth, and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Present and promote Lifebank’s services to potential clients, showcasing their value in improving healthcare delivery.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and suggest strategies for growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or B2B sales.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and fostering customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling services to hospitals or healthcare providers is a plus.
