Job Description

A licensed financial services and leading payments company in Nigeria is hiring a Key Account Manager to drive merchant acquisition, manage relationships with SMEs, and deliver on set sales targets. The role focuses on expanding the merchant network while ensuring business growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve commercial targets including merchant acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with merchants, sellers, and SME businesses.
  • Proactively identify new FMCG merchants and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and in-store visibility plans to promote Doroki products.
  • Resolve client issues, negotiate contracts, and provide strategic business insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Background in FMCG or service industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with sales CRM tools and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
