Job Description

Lifebank is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic healthcare accounts across hospitals, laboratories, and partner institutions. This role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth within a fast-paced healthtech logistics environment.

Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of logistics and supply chain services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders
  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics such as order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business and operational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Relationship roles
  • Experience in healthcare, logistics, pharmaceuticals, or B2B services is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
