Job Description

A reputable organization is seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Manager to oversee modern trade channels and strategic accounts. This role focuses on driving product visibility, strengthening partnerships, and increasing revenue across key retail and institutional channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG and retail account management, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and execute in-store strategies effectively.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N300,000 – N600,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard, manage, and grow relationships with supermarkets and modern trade partners
  • Execute in-store promotions, activations, and visibility campaigns
  • Manage hospitality and institutional sales channels to drive revenue growth
  • Supervise merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand visibility and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for expansion within accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in key account management or modern trade, preferably within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of the retail and FMCG landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic account plans
