A newly established hospital in Abia, committed to providing excellent healthcare services to the community. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Laboratory Scientist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality laboratory services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure the proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory specimens and hazardous materials.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide insights into patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of working experience as a Laboratory Scientist.
- Possess a professional license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality control measures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, dedication, and delivering high-quality services.
