Job Description:
An experienced and dynamic lawyer to join our Energy, Power, and Natural Resources team at a prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in these sectors and demonstrate a proven track record in handling complex legal matters related to energy, power, and natural resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on issues relating to energy, power, and natural resources.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic input on legal matters in the sector.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy, power, and natural resources law.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the industry.
  • Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
