Job Description
Location: Abuja – Maitama and Central Area
An experienced Lawyer to provide legal advice, manage litigation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As part of our legal team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the company by addressing legal challenges and risks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to the organization on various issues, including contracts and compliance.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Advise on employment, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
Job Requirements:
- Law degree (LLB) and professional qualification (BL).
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate law or related fields.
- Strong understanding of legal regulations and practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
