Job Description
This role leads the design and delivery of intelligent automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance across enterprise functions. The position partners with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, scale automation platforms, and drive measurable outcomes using RPA and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute intelligent automation strategies, standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of business analysts, RPA developers, and support roles.
- Review end-to-end business processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
- Define tactical operational performance metrics aligned to business objectives and gap analysis.
- Oversee the full intelligent automation lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and optimization.
- Produce project scopes, functional specifications, cost estimates, risk assessments, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure automation delivery.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
- Possess certifications in automation tools and technologies within the RPA/BPA domain.
- Possess certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile Project Management, PRINCE2 Agile, CBAP) is an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in UiPath for automation and workflow development.
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience in delivering enterprise automation programs.
- Show strong capability in process analysis, redesign, and project delivery.
