A reputable organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the planning, design, and implementation of learning programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Design training curricula and materials based on organizational needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in designing and implementing training strategies.
