Job Description

A retail company in Lagos is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager & LMS Administrator. The role involves designing training strategies, managing the company’s learning platform, and enhancing workforce capability at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Design and deliver effective training programs including classroom, online, and blended formats.
  • Track, analyze, and report training effectiveness while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and contribute to talent management planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in L&D, with at least 3 years in LMS administration.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and data analysis skills.
  • Proven experience within the retail industry is highly desirable.
