Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team to ensure compliance, provide legal counsel, and support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on corporate, regulatory, and contractual matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal
documents.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the industry.
• Advise on labor law compliance and other employment related issues.
• Stay updated on legal developments to align legal strategies with business
goals.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in
a legal advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory
compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
