Ascentech Services Limited, a Human Resource Solution Provider established in 2013 and headquartered in Lagos, is hiring a Legal Manager. The position focuses on finance-related transactions, corporate governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory support on financial transactions, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including financing agreements and governance policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes, ensure statutory compliance, and engage with regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, assess, and manage legal and compliance risks.

Requirements

• LL.B, BL; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 9 years post-call legal experience, with at least 6 years in finance-related transactions, governance, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
