Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents for real estate and construction projects
- Provide expert legal advice to management, project teams, and departments
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with laws and industry standards
- Represent the company in negotiations, settlements, and legal proceedings
- Identify risks, resolve disputes, and recommend legal strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; advanced qualifications are an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Legal Officer or similar role in real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of real estate, construction, property, and contract laws
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
