- Provide remote technical support for Canonical’s Linux desktop solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Ubuntu and associated software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers during the support lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in a Linux-based environment, gained through university studies, certifications, or work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, particularly Ubuntu.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
