  • Provide remote technical support for Canonical’s Linux desktop solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Ubuntu and associated software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers during the support lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in a Linux-based environment, gained through university studies, certifications, or work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, particularly Ubuntu.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
