Key Responsibilities:

- Document support cases and contribute to the improvement of support processes and tools.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software updates to enhance system reliability.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Linux-based environment, gained through academic courses or professional roles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Ubuntu or similar Linux distributions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
