Job Description
A Logistics and Procurement Operations professional is needed to manage the coordination of logistics, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment processes. This role focuses on ensuring efficient sourcing, storage, and delivery of products while maintaining accuracy, cost efficiency, and service quality across all projects. The position also supports vendor management and operational execution to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

Salary: N250,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth operations
- Track shipments and provide timely delivery updates to relevant stakeholders
- Manage inventory records, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage of goods
- Oversee order fulfillment from production to final delivery
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely service delivery
- Resolve logistics issues, delays, and discrepancies efficiently
- Monitor project timelines to ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and transactions
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of inventory management and delivery systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience working with vendors, couriers, or logistics providers is an added advantage
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
