Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Logistics Manager in Lekki. The role involves overseeing deliveries, supervising drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient customer service. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor outgoing deliveries.
  • Supervise logistics, transportation, and customer delivery processes.
  • Develop strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Organize workspace, label goods, plan delivery routes, and process shipments.
  • Ensure drivers and logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must reside in or around Lekki.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with ride-hailing apps such as Uber and Bolt.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping processes, routes, and logistics metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work diligently under pressure, including on Sundays and holidays.
  • Must be available to work from the office 23 days per month.
