Job Description
A reputable company, Azuks Works Consult, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager with experience in wet condiment production to oversee the upkeep and reliability of its facilities and equipment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of technical maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and other facility operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of BSc or HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance operations.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems, production equipment, and maintenance protocols.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
