O’la-Kleen Nigeria Limited, a leading cleaning and facility management company recognized locally and internationally, is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, repair, and optimization of facilities and equipment while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule to minimize downtime.
- Supervise installation, repair, and disposal of machinery, systems, and facilities in compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and manage a technical team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and technical evaluations to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Oversee contractors and external resources, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in maintenance management within a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, contractors, and technical projects effectively.
