Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 (Monthly Net)
Job Overview:
A fashion brand based in Alapere is seeking skilled male Beaders to join its production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with different fabrics and materials, and the ability to produce high-quality hand beading and embellishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed hand-beading and embellishment designs on garments and accessories.
- Work closely with tailors and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of design concepts.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality assurance and correct any inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beading tools and work area.
- Meet production timelines and ensure all pieces are completed to standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion Design or a related field is an advantage.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Beader.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and hand-beading techniques.
- Excellent precision, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
