About the Role
A proactive and experienced Male & Female Supervisors are needed to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency within our team. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor employee performance and provide necessary training or feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on team performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
