Job Description
Ruth and Roots is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily business operations and support the achievement of operational and revenue objectives. This role requires a highly accountable professional who can coordinate teams, implement strategic directives, and ensure that processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, results-driven, and capable of translating management goals into measurable outcomes while maintaining strong operational structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support operational execution and revenue targets
- Translate management goals into actionable plans and monitor progress across departments
- Track operational performance and provide regular updates to management
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to increase productivity
- Support staff coordination, onboarding, and performance alignment with HR
- Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance-driven work
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 5 – 10 years of proven experience in a leadership, operations, or business coordination role
- Strong organizational, execution, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively manage people, processes, and competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of accountability
