A top-level opportunity is open at MTN Nigeria for an experienced professional to manage and grow its platform operations under Digital Services, particularly Ayoba Chenosis. The role involves executing platform strategies, growing platform revenue, and aligning platforms with overall business goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and monitor the execution of platform strategies in line with the digital services roadmap
  • Grow user subscriptions and revenues across digital platforms, ensuring performance exceeds business targets
  • Lead cross-functional engagement for identifying and onboarding strategic platforms
  • Deliver accurate data-driven insights, reports, and competitive analysis to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • A First Degree in Applied or Social Sciences or related field
  • 6 – 13 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant role; background in IT, telecommunications, or digital products is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, analytics, customer acquisition, and digital platform growth
  • Certifications in agile project management, digital marketing, or telecommunications fundamentals are a plus
