Job Overview

Stanbic IBTC Bank is seeking a Manager – Relationship, ACB to manage client relationships, efficiently resolve complex customer issues, and ensure a seamless brand experience for Africa China Banking (ACB) clients. The role focuses on complaint resolution and dispute management to safeguard client satisfaction and protect the bank’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and complex queries promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure consistent, positive customer experiences for Africa China Banking clients.
  • Follow established complaint management and dispute resolution processes to mitigate reputational risks.
  • Provide accurate information on Stanbic IBTC’s products and services and support clients in their interactions.
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin to manage and support Chinese-speaking clients.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Social Science or a related field is required.
  • A Master’s Degree or relevant professional certifications would be an added advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Channels, Call Centre, Helpdesk, Service Support, or Project Implementation and Management.
  • Familiarity with Stanbic IBTC’s banking products and services.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
