We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our electrical supplies store, specializing in cables and wires. If you’re passionate about effective store management and delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, tracking, and restocking.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and store policies.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in electrical supplies or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resides within or near Alaba, Ojo, Lagos.
