Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead and oversee the operations of our microfinance institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering the organization towards growth and profitability, ensuring financial stability, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Oversee the daily operations and management of all departments.
• Ensure financial management systems are robust and comply with regulatory standards.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in the microfinance sector.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving organizational growth.
• Excellent financial management capabilities and understanding of the microfinance industry.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and stakeholders.
