Short Description:
A reputable organization in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced Managing Director to oversee daily operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of leadership and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and overall leadership across all departments.
  • Ensure the efficient operation and profitability of the business.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • A B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial reports and business planning.
