An experienced Managing Director is needed to lead operations in a reputable Signage, Branding, and Construction company based in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong business acumen and industry knowledge who can drive growth, manage operations, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
- Oversee daily operations, project execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality signage and branding solutions.
- Drive business development efforts, client acquisition, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Represent the company at industry events, and oversee expansion activities across Nigeria.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in signage, branding, construction, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Strong financial management, negotiation, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across Nigeria for business operations and expansion.
