Job Summary
A dynamic company is seeking self-motivated marketers to promote and sell baby products. The role involves generating new business leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Marketers will be responsible for field marketing, engaging with customers, and onboarding distributors to enhance market reach.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly (transport allowance)

  • Commission:

    • 3% on products sold below ₦60,000

    • 5% on products sold above ₦60,000

  • Additional allowance for interstate marketing

  • ₦300,000 for signing up a distributor

  • Career growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost product sales.
  • Engage with potential customers, distributors, and retail outlets.
  • Visit hospitals, baby stores, and markets to promote products.
  • Travel to at least two states monthly for marketing and business expansion.
  • Sign up at least one distributor each quarter.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales and marketing activities to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or business development.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills, with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for baby products and customer engagement.
