A remote-first digital product company is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support its growing marketing team. The company develops intuitive productivity tools used by over 100,000 freelancers, agencies, and small teams globally. With a team of 40+ professionals and a product-led, bootstrapped approach, the company is experiencing strong growth and is now seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and creative individual to contribute to its marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and publishing blog content, newsletters, and social media posts
- Coordinate and track the progress of ongoing marketing campaigns
- Support the development of visual assets and copy for email, website, and social platforms
- Help maintain and improve the content calendar and internal documentation
- Conduct research to support blog content, partnership opportunities, and market trends
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative roles
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Interest in content marketing, SEO, and digital campaign strategy
- Comfortable working asynchronously and fluent in English
- Bonus points for familiarity with tools such as Notion, Canva, Webflow, or Mailchimp
First 6 Months Focus:
- Take ownership of the weekly newsletter and social publishing
- Collaborate on launching a new content-driven campaign
- Improve internal documentation and update existing blog content
Work Setup:
This is a remote-first opportunity for candidates located in EMEA time zones (CET ±3 preferred). The successful applicant will report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside a small marketing team, with access to designers, developers, and leadership.
