Job Description

A fast-growing career discovery platform is seeking a skilled UI Designer to create engaging marketing visuals and light UI elements for campaigns and landing pages. The role focuses on translating brand identity into impactful designs that attract the right audience and showcase product value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns, including static designs and light motion graphics.
  • Develop visuals for “How It Works” sections and landing pages to highlight user deliverables.
  • Translate brand guidelines into attention-grabbing social media graphics and clean, user-friendly web visuals.
  • Create reusable design templates for quick iterations on future campaigns.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and web touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Experience creating campaign visuals for social media and designing UI elements for landing pages.
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Light motion design experience (GIFs, short animations).
  • Familiarity with optimizing creatives for paid advertisements.
  • Understanding of performance-driven design principles that increase engagement.

Remuneration: $50–$100/hr
Hours: 15 hrs/week
